Season 7 of Game of Thrones has been amazing us every week. Now “The Spoils of War” gives us some of the best television we’ve ever seen. Directed by Matt Shakman and written by showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, “The Spoils of War” is grounded in the kind of character-driven storytelling that has kept us captivated over seven seasons.
