Even dancing with angels doesn’t keep Dean Winchester from enjoying a burger in Supernatural Parody

Season 10 of Supernatural has come to an end, but now you can revisit the highlights to the tune of young Dean Winchester’s favorite song in Supernatural Parody. In The Hillywood Show‘s latest music video we revisit Dean Winchester’s struggle with the Mark of Cain through a parody of Taylor Swift’s “Shake it Off.”The screenplay was written by Hilly Hindi, and the video was directed by sister Hannah Hindi. Dean Winchester is played by Hilly and Hannah plays Castiel. Osric Chau (Kevin Tran of Supernatural) gives us a shorter version of Sam Winchester. Though Osric sports a fantastic Sam wig, he can’t compete with the flowing locks worn by Rob Benedict (Chuck Shurley of Supernatural) who played the part of Cain. Supernatural Parody shows us that even Demon Dean can’t resist a catchy tune.

And he said, I know not; Am I my brother’s keeper?” By the end of “The Prisoner,” Dean has turned away from Castiel and Sam, becoming increasingly consumed by the darkness of the Mark of Cain. Cain predicted that Dean was destined to follow his path in “The Executioner’s Song,”­ and we have already seen Dean almost kill Castiel. Will Sam suffer the same fate as Abel? Or can Sam finally save his brother? Supernatural has got our attention with “Brother’s Keeper.”

Dean Sam watch pyre Supernatural The PrisonerSupernatural’s penultimate episode of Season 10, “The Prisoner,” finds the Winchesters saying goodbye to another family member—Charlie Bradbury. Sam Winchester’s desperation to keep the Mark of Cain from turning his brother Dean back into a demon has backfired in more ways than one. Not only is Charlie gone, her death has only pushed Dean further towards an angry, dark, violent, cruel, and vengeful version of himself. Dean has yet to revert to Demon Dean, but it feels like he’s well on his way. All hope is not lost in the world of Supernatural, but it’s hard to imagine how things can get better.

Supernatural S10E20 Recap: Angel Heart

Claire sword Supernatural Angel HeartIn “Angel Heart,” Supernatural gives us a stand-alone episode that ties up some loose ends from Season 10. It’s fun to see the Winchester brothers helping out Cas. Dean can benefit from helping a friend in order to tone down the murderous impulses of the Mark. It also gives Sam the chance to get out of his head and away from his own Mark-related obsession. When we see that Claire Novak’s mother Amelia is being held captive by a supernatural creature, “Angel Heart” reminds us that there are still lots of monsters to hunt in the world of Supernatural.
