Teen Wolf S05E01 Recap: Creatures of the Night
12
Teen Wolf is off to a roaring start with the Season 5 premiere “Creatures of the Night.” It’s senior year for Scott, Stiles, Malia, Lydia, and Kira, and as well as feeling the normal existential angst that comes during the last year of high school, these teens have supernatural angst to deal with. We are thrown right into the thick of it, Teen Wolf style, with senior rites of passage, exasperated parents, the return of a childhood friend, and teenage make-out sessions, along with an epic fight, an introduction to new baddies, and a preview of dark things to come. Despite the loss of Tyler Hoechlin as a series regular, Season 5 of Teen Wolf is off to a strong start with “Creatures of the Night.”

10 of the Best Game of Thrones Inspired Videos
2We were reminded how many fantastic Game of Thrones videos are out there after watching Game of Thrillers, a pairing of the riveting final scene in “Hardhome” set to Michael Jackson’s classic song Thriller. Jon Snow may know nothing, but some of those creating GoT-inspired videos are genius. Here are 10 of our Game of Thrones video favorites.

0Game of Thrones S05E09 Recap: The Dance of Dragons
3
Game of Thrones “The Dance of Dragons” follows “Hardhome,” one of the best episodes in the series. Jon Snow has forged an alliance with the Free Folk built out of desperation and fear of a common enemy. On the other hand, the shared hopes of Daenerys Targaryen and Tyrion Lannister have brought them together with the goal of creating a better future. The status of King’s Landing remains a question that is further complicated by Jaime Lannister’s imprisonment in Dorne. The conflict between the Boltons at Winterfell and Stannis Baratheon’s army will decide the fate of the North, at least for now. The Stark sisters are on very different paths, but both are fueled by survival instincts and a desire for vengeance. “The Dance of Dragons” shows us that Game of Thrones continues to excel at suspenseful, emotionally-driven storytelling.
