Bowie knife, probably? The only daggers Dean regularly uses are angel blades, iirc.

It is a Podenquero series 2 hunting knife, made by the knife company Muela of Spain. They make this knife and both of Dean’s other bowie knives. The Podenquero is pretty expensive, running from $240 on Amazon to $315 on the Muela online catalogue.
